Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, chat).
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Job Requirements
- Age
- 18 to 35 years
- Education
- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; graduates preferred.
- Communication Skills
- Good command of English and/or local language(s)
- Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Computer Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and typing.
