Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the office premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily duties.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in office areas, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
• Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Ensure proper use and availability of cleaning materials and supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain discipline and ensure housekeeping tasks are completed on time.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in housekeeping supervision.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and housekeeping materials.
• Ability to manage staff and handle daily housekeeping operations.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
