Housekeeping Supervisor

• Auditorium Management: Oversee the quick, efficient turnaround of screening rooms between shows. This includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming carpets during short intervals.
• Showtime Readiness: Ensure all public areas (including the main entrance, box office, and concession stands) are spotless and hygienic before, during, and after movie sessions.
• Staff Supervision: Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules (often including nights, weekends, and holidays), and train staff on proper chemical usage and safety.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, paper products, and restroom toiletries.
• Guest Satisfaction: Promptly address patron complaints regarding cleanliness to ensure a premium cinema experience.
• Facility Audits \& Maintenance: Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate with the operations or maintenance team to fix broken furniture, plumbing, or lighting.
