Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for international hiring.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, etc.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Work closely with hiring managers to close positions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition.
• Candidates with previous experience in the Digital Marketing or IT industry will be preferred.
• Freshers may apply if they have relevant recruitment knowledge or internship experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals is preferred.
• Willingness to work according to international market timings when required.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
