Roles and Responsibilities

• Connect with students through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and course requirements.
• Provide accurate information about UG and PG programs, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
• Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their requirements.
• Follow up with interested students and assist them throughout the admission process.
• Maintain student records and update calling details in the system.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Build positive relationships with students and address their queries professionally.
• Work towards achieving admission-related goals and improving student conversions.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
