Chartered Accountant

• Manage and supervise accounts, finance and taxation functions.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PT and other applicable tax laws.
• Review GST returns, reconciliations, input tax credit and tax payments.
• Handle TDS calculations, returns, certificates and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors.
• Prepare data and documents for statutory audit, tax audit and financial audit.
• Monitor project-wise costing, expenses, revenue and profitability.
• Review contractor/vendor bills, payments and supporting documents.
• Monitor receivables, payables, advances and outstanding balances.
• Prepare cash-flow statements, budgets and financial MIS reports.
• Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of bank, ledger, vendor and customer accounts.
• Review financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Advise management on tax planning, financial controls and cost optimisation.
• Monitor compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, Income Tax Act and GST laws.
• Assist management in financial decision-making and investment/planning matters.
• Identify financial risks, accounting errors and potential compliance issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Coordinate with banks, clients, vendors, consultants and government authorities.
• Support management during tax notices, assessments, departmental queries and inspections.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
