ListApp Pharmatech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Inside Sales Executives (Telecallers) to connect with pharma retailers, suppliers and pharmaceutical companies across India. In this role, you will call chemists, distributors and pharma companies, explain ListApp's subscription plans, onboard new businesses and turn leads into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to pharma retailers to explain and promote ListApp subscriptions
• Connect with suppliers and pharmaceutical companies and onboard them onto the platform
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
• Verify and update business information in the database
• Maintain daily call records and achieve assigned targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, professional communication

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, tele-sales or customer service (preferred, not mandatory)
• Freshers with a strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM entry)
• Pharma or healthcare sales exposure is a plus
