Semi Qualified CA/ CA Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing tax returns and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review periodic financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Accurately record financial data in accounting software.
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audit activities.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; MBA Finance is preferred/required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Knowledge of US Accounting and related accounting practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong commitment to deadlines and quality of work.
