Sales Coordinator

Position: Sales Coordinator Location: Indore Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: Any relevant industry Salary: As per experience \& skills Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the sales team and assist in day-to-day sales activities. Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order processing. Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer records. Coordinate with internal departments for order status, dispatch, billing, and delivery. Track sales orders and ensure timely execution. Follow up with existing and prospective customers. Maintain accurate sales documentation and records. Support the sales team in achieving targets and resolving customer queries. Prepare daily/weekly sales updates for management. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage. 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer coordination. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic CRM/ERP systems. Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with the sales team.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
