We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented Senior Accounts \& Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing operations, and financial records of our hardware and kitchen accessories business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales and purchase billing, including GST invoices.
• Maintain accounting records, ledgers, and vouchers.
• Manage sales, purchase, debit notes, credit notes, and payment entries.
• Monitor outstanding payments, receivables etc.
• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding accounts and billing matters.
• Supervise billing activities and ensure timely and accurate accounting entries.
• Generate sales, purchase, stock-related, and other accounting reports as required.

Eligibility \& Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in accounting and billing.
• Education: B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as BUSY, Tally, or equivalent.
• Good command of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently handle accounting and billing responsibilities.Salary \& Benefits
• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
• Full-time position.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
