We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, GST compliance, taxation, and coordination with the Chartered Accountant (CA).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Handle GST-related activities, including GST returns, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST filings.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of GST returns, TDS returns, and other applicable statutory filings.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment follow-ups and outstanding balances.
• Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and account summaries as required by management.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with relevant departments for timely settlements.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
