Join Gpay as a Team Leader – Field Sales and be a part of one of India's leading digital payments companies. 📍 Location: Pan India 💼 Role: Team Leader – Field Sales 🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory) 📈 Experience: 3–6 Years (Team handling experience preferred) Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs). • Drive merchant acquisition for Paytm QR, Soundbox & POS/EDC devices. • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure team productivity. • Recruit, train and mentor team members. • Monitor field performance, market coverage and onboarding quality. Preferred Candidate: • Experience in Fintech, Payments, Telecom, FMCG or Field Sales. • Strong leadership and communication skills.
