Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the customer support team.
Handle customer escalations, complaints, and warranty-related issues.
Monitor KPIs, response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with E-commerce, Repair, and Technical teams.
Improve support processes and team productivity.
Requirements
Strong team management and communication skills.
Experience with CRM, ticketing systems, and MIS reporting.
Working knowledge of Zoho ERP is preferred.
Experience in consumer electronics or e-commerce is an advantage.
