Sales Trainer – Contact Centre (Airtel)

Job Overview: We are looking for a Sales Trainer to enhance Contact Centre BQ Advisor performance across sales, service, productivity, and customer experience KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training, coaching, role plays, huddles, and on-the-job interventions.

Improve sales conversion, advisor productivity, revenue, upselling, and cross-selling.

Identify performance gaps through KPI analysis and implement targeted training.

Coach advisors on customer handling, objection handling, and sales techniques.

Track training effectiveness and share performance reports.

Coordinate with business and contact centre teams to achieve targets.

Travel to Airtel Contact Centres within the assigned state as required.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in Contact Centre/BPO sales or service training.

Strong knowledge of sales, upselling, cross-selling, and conversion techniques.

Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and analytical skills.

Experience in telecom, BFSI, retail, or other high-volume contact centres preferred.

Fluency in the local/regional language is mandatory, along with English/Hindi proficiency as required.

Willingness to travel within the assigned state.
