Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team at a growing Digital Marketing Agency. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and promoting our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through field visits and market research.
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Meet business owners, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
• Promote digital marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, and related solutions.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing packages.
• Conduct sales meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in selling digital marketing, IT, advertising, or other services will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
• Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Must have good knowledge of the Gurgaon market.
