Job Summary

Clinic Dermatech is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to manage reception and day-to-day client coordination at our Gurugram location.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients at the front desk.
• Handle incoming calls and coordinate appointments.
• Maintain client records and basic documentation.
• Make follow-up calls and coordinate with clients regarding appointments.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists and other team members.
• Maintain daily reports and basic records using MS Excel.
• Support smooth front desk and clinic operations.
• Handle general queries and provide information to clients as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, reception or client coordination.
• Experience in a clinic, healthcare, wellness, beauty or related service environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Presentable, organized and comfortable handling client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively.
