Retail Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple retail outlets.
• Drive store-wise sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and coordination with warehouse and procurement teams.
• Lead and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
• Ensure SOP compliance, store audits, and operational excellence.
• Improve customer experience and implement data-driven operational strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline retail operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multi-store setup.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in inventory management, sales planning, and retail KPIs.
• Exposure to quick commerce, e-commerce, and B2C retail operations will be an advantage.
• Experience in the pet industry will be a plus!
