JOB REQUIREMENT – BULK COOKING CHEF

Salary

Up to ₹35,000 per month

Key Requirements \& Responsibilities

• Experience: 08–10 years of experience in bulk cooking operations.
• Current Experience: Must be currently working in a bulk cooking section or large-scale food production kitchen.
• Indian Cuisine Expertise: Strong command over Indian cuisine, including preparation of bulk meals.
• Regional Cuisine: Knowledge of other regional cuisines will be an added advantage.
• Production Management: Ability to plan and supervise large-volume food production as per daily requirements.
• Quality Control: Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and food presentation.
• Team Management: Ability to lead kitchen staff and manage daily production activities.
• Food Safety \& Hygiene: Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
• Inventory \& Wastage Control: Manage raw materials efficiently and minimize food wastage.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive hands-on experience in bulk cooking and institutional catering.
• Strong leadership, planning, and kitchen management skills.
• Experience in a central kitchen, industrial canteen, catering unit, or large-scale food production facility preferred.
