Cafe Cook / Chef

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental \& Chinese Chef to lead the kitchen at our brand-new upcoming cafe. The ideal candidate must have expertise in preparing a wide range of popular Continental dishes (Pasta, Burgers, Sandwiches, Fries, Pizza) and Indo-Chinese food (Noodles, Manchurian, Fried Rice, Momos).Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Continental and Chinese dishes quickly as per customer orders.
• Create and maintain standard recipes to ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
• Manage kitchen staff (helpers), organize daily kitchen prep work, and manage inventory/stock.
• Maintain top-notch hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Chef/Cook specializing in Continental and Chinese cuisine.
• Deep knowledge of food plating, ingredient pairing, and fast-paced kitchen management.
• Ability to handle peak rush hours efficiently.

Salary

₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills \& trial)
