Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and proactive Business Development Executive – Salon Partnerships to manage salon onboarding, build strong relationships with salon owners, and coordinate marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and strong coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new salons and beauty businesses onto the Style Lounge platform.
• Manage salon onboarding, including collecting service details, pricing, images, and other required information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for salon partners and resolve their concerns through internal coordination.
• Coordinate salon photoshoots, videoshoots, social media content, and promotional campaigns with the Marketing Team.
• Be present during the first shoot at newly onboarded salons and ensure smooth on-ground coordination.
• Manage shoot schedules, salon availability, and last-minute changes.
• Drive partner engagement, salon activation, retention, and business growth.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update onboarding and activity reports.

Requirements \& Skills

• 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Partnerships.
• Experience in beauty, salon, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, or retail will be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident and professional while interacting with business owners and salon managers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willingness to travel locally within Noida and Delhi NCR for salon visits and marketing shoots.

• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
• Comfortable with field visits and hands-on marketing coordination.
