ERP Data Entry Operator

About the Role

We are looking for an accurate and detail-oriented ERP Data Entry Operator to join our team immediately. You will be responsible for entering and maintaining data in our ERP system and keeping business records up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and verify data in the ERP system accurately and on time

Process daily transactions such as sales, purchase, inventory, and billing entries

Maintain and organize records, documents, and reports

Use Excel to prepare, check, and reconcile data

Cross-check entries and correct errors or discrepancies

Coordinate with accounts, sales, and store teams for data requirements

Maintain data confidentiality and integrity

Requirements

Graduate in any stream

Minimum 2 year of experience working with any ERP software (SAP, Tally ERP, Oracle, Odoo, Zoho, etc.)

Good computer and typing skills with high accuracy

Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, sorting, filters, VLOOKUP)

Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Basic communication skills

Good to Have

Experience in inventory, accounts, or billing data entry

Knowledge of MS Office and email communication
