Job Summary

ISOL is looking for enthusiastic and motivated B.Tech freshers in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering for the position of Technical Sales Engineer. The candidate should have a basic understanding of machines and technical products, along with good communication skills and an interest in sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and customer visits.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical products or machine solutions.
• Learn about machine operations, technical specifications, and product applications.
• Explain product features, benefits, and technical details to customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to address customer requirements.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain good client relationships.
• Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations as required.
• Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems and industrial machines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn technical products and sales processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.
