Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive who can manage our digital presence, generate quality leads, improve brand visibility, and contribute directly to business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, website management, Google & Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and YouTube growth, along with strong business development and conversion skills Key Responsibilities

• SEO & Website Management: On-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, website optimization, content strategy, and lead generation.
• Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve ROI.
• Social Media Marketing: Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms, including content planning, reels promotion, and engagement growth.
• YouTube Growth: YouTube SEO, video optimization, titles, thumbnails coordination, keyword research, and channel growth strategy.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
• Lead Conversion: Coordinate with the calling and front-desk teams, track leads, monitor conversions, and improve follow-up systems.
• Personal Brand Growth: Contribute to the growth of Dr. Ruchi Ayurveda and the Active Ayu Life brand.
• Performance Reporting: Track leads, cost per lead, conversions, website traffic, and campaign performance. Candidate Requirements
• Practical knowledge of SEO, websites, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMM, and YouTube.
• Strong communication, marketing, and business development skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth targets.
• Knowledge of lead generation, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or clinic marketing experience will be an advantage.
