Customer Support Executive

We are looking for an organised and responsible person to support our daily office operations and customer coordination. Responsibilities: Update Google Sheets with customer, order, and delivery details. Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records. Call customers for order confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback. Handle customer queries politely over phone and WhatsApp. Coordinate with the delivery and operations teams. Assist with routine office work. Requirements: Working knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel. Basic computer skills and accurate data entry. Clear Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
