Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Executive for industrial products, fasteners, pipe fittings, flanges and engineering materials. The candidate will be responsible for vendor sourcing, quotation collection, price negotiation, purchase order coordination and timely procurement as per customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new suppliers/vendors. - Source materials as per specifications, grades and standards. - Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers. - Negotiate price, quality, payment and delivery terms. - Prepare and coordinate purchase orders. - Follow up with suppliers for production and timely delivery. - Coordinate with sales, stores and accounts teams. - Maintain supplier and procurement records. Required Skills: Good communication, negotiation skills, basic Excel/computer knowledge and experience in industrial/engineering products preferred.
