Position: Management Trainee Job Location: Baguihati, Kolkata Qualification : Graduate Key Responsibilities: Prepare, analyse, and organise HR-related reports and MIS data in bulk. Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, Filter, COUNTIF etc and other basic functions to prepare and manage data. Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation Required Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel Practical experience with VLOOKUP, Filter, COUNTIF, and other data-handling formulas. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic communication and coordination skills. Candidate Preference
- Male candidate who has completed graduation.
- Candidates residing at or around Baguihati, Kolkata will be preferred.
