Telecalling Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible, polite, and well-organised candidate to handle customer calls, billing, front desk operations, and day-to-day office coordination. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage customers and billing records efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Telecalling & Customer Support Make outgoing calls to customers for enquiries, orders, follow-ups, and payments. Receive incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally. Maintain customer contact details and follow-up records. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams regarding order status.
