About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Shopify E-commerce Executive to manage our D2C e-commerce business. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to build a career in e-commerce, online business operations and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily Shopify store operations, including products, pricing, inventory and collections.

Create and optimize product listings, descriptions, images and landing pages.

Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, RTO and delivery performance.

Coordinate with the warehouse, courier partners and customer support team.

Track sales, revenue, conversion rate, AOV and other important business KPIs.

Assist with Facebook/Instagram Ads, promotions and marketing campaigns.

Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and increase sales.

Coordinate with designers and marketing freelancers for creatives and campaigns.

Prepare daily and weekly sales and performance reports.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and continuously improve business performance.

Requirements

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Shopify or e-commerce.

Basic understanding of online shopping, product listings and order management.

Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Interest in digital marketing, Meta Ads and D2C brands.

Good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn, take responsibility and work in a fast-growing business.

Freshers with strong learning ability and a proactive attitude are welcome.

Salary & Growth

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, based on skills.

Performance-based salary revision after 3 months.

Opportunity to grow into a Shopify Business Manager role.
