Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide timely, professional support through calls, emails and other communication channels.

Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, products, delivery schedules and service requests.

Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, production, logistics and quality, to resolve customer concerns.

Track customer orders and provide regular updates on order status and delivery timelines.

Maintain accurate customer records, order details and service-related documentation.

Handle complaints, identify issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure resolution.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or reporting manager.

Prepare regular reports on customer enquiries, complaints and resolution status.

Ensure professional communication and adherence to company service standards.

Pay

₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
