Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international travel.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.

Communicate with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with 0 – 1 year of experience in the travel industry can also apply.

Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome.

Excellent written and verbal English Communication.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn, and customer-handling skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
