Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for our Malayalam Voice Sales Process in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
• Explain products/services to customers clearly and effectively.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
• Update customer details in the CRM/system.
• Follow company sales processes and quality guidelines.
• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Eligibility \& Skills

• Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Service, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
• Freshers with good Malayalam communication skills can also apply.
