Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant / Trip Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer travel requirements, suggesting suitable holiday packages, preparing itineraries, handling bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
• Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations.
• Handle hotel, transportation, sightseeing, flight, and activity bookings.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and destination partners.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after their trip.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain booking records and customer details.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience in travel / tourism / holiday package sales is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to prepare professional quotations and itineraries.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in travel may also apply.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
