Field Collection Executive – Payment Collection & Customer Follow-up

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to handle customer payment follow-ups and collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining proper collection records.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers for payment collection and follow-up.
• Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp and email for outstanding payments.
• Maintain records of pending payments and collection status.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams regarding customer outstanding balances.
• Resolve basic payment-related queries and ensure timely collection.
• Submit daily/weekly collection reports to management.
• Travel within Nagpur and nearby areas as required.

Requirements

• Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in field collection, payment recovery, or field sales preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Must be comfortable with field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
