Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for solar products/services.

• Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.

• Explain solar solutions, pricing, and benefits to customers.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding quotations, orders, and installation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales.

• Solar/renewable energy sales experience will be preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel for field sales.

• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
