Strategic Planning • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. • Set clear objectives and KPIs for the sales and marketing teams. 2. Customer and Market Focus • Identify customer needs and feedback to improve products/services. • Maintain CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activities. • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty programs. 6. Budget and Resource Management • Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities. • Allocate resources effectively across campaigns and initiatives. • Negotiate contracts with vendors, agencies, and partners. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Coordinate with product development, finance, and operations for integrated efforts. • Align marketing messages with the capabilities of the product and service teams.
