About this job
Greet visitors, clients, and guests warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room. Maintain security and access protocols by issuing visitor badges, recording sign-ins/sign-outs, and managing the visitor log. Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (forms, brochures, pens). Handle customer inquiries and address complaints politely, escalating critical issues to management when necessary.
