Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Experience
- 08–10 years of experience in bulk cooking operations.
- Current Experience
- Must be currently working in a bulk cooking section or large-scale food production kitchen.
- Indian Cuisine Expertise
- Strong command over Indian cuisine, including preparation of bulk meals.
- Regional Cuisine
- Knowledge of other regional cuisines will be an added advantage.
- Production Management
- Ability to plan and supervise large-volume food production as per daily requirements.
- Quality Control
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and food presentation.
- Team Management
- Ability to lead kitchen staff and manage daily production activities.
- Food Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Inventory & Wastage Control
- Manage raw materials efficiently and minimize food wastage.
Candidate Profile
Extensive hands-on experience in bulk cooking and institutional catering.
Strong leadership, planning, and kitchen management skills.
Experience in a central kitchen, industrial canteen, catering unit, or large-scale food production facility preferred.
