We are looking for a Showroom Sales Executive who can represent our brand professionally and create a warm, premium shopping experience for every customer.

Role Overview

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-friendly Store Executive with a positive personality and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting products, and contributing to store sales and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home décor products.

Explain product features, pricing, offers, and product benefits.

Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience.

Handle billing, POS operations, cash/card payments, and basic documentation.

Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the backend/store team for inventory requirements.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.

Maintain daily sales and store operation reports.

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store functioning.

Basic knowledge of computers, POS systems, and MS Office.

Retail, luxury retail, home décor, fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality experience will be an advantage.
