Showroom Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, pricing, quality, and other relevant details.

Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

Assist customers throughout the sales process.

Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.

Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

Support the team in achieving sales targets.

Maintain customer records and coordinate with team members for smooth showroom operations.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or showroom sales.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Presentable personality with a positive attitude.

Basic sales knowledge and a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.

Experience in jewellery, fashion, clothing, or lifestyle retail will be preferred.
