Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day insurance operations and ensure smooth process execution.
• Handle insurance policy processing, documentation, endorsements, renewals, and related transactions.
• Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, brokers, and internal teams.
• Verify policy documents and ensure accuracy of insurance-related information.
• Monitor pending cases and ensure timely closure within defined TAT.
• Resolve operational issues and customer queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records, MIS, and daily/weekly operational reports.
• Track policy renewals, claims, endorsements, and other insurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the team in achieving operational targets and maintaining service quality.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
• Guide and support junior team members whenever required.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; insurance/finance-related qualification will be an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance operations or a related process.
• Good knowledge of insurance products, policy processing, and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
