Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through live chat (70%) and voice calls (30%).

Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.

Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.

Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Update customer information and interactions in CRM systems.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.

Meet productivity, quality, and response-time targets.

Required Skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong voice communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge and multitasking abilities.

Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
