Job Description

Outpace Consulting is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused International Chat Support Executives for the US Tech & Retail process. We are looking for candidates with strong written English communication skills and prior experience in international chat or voice support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through international chat support.

Provide accurate and timely solutions to US-based customers.

Maintain professional written communication in English.

Resolve customer concerns related to technology and retail services.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of international chat or voice support experience.
Communication: Strong written English skills.
Process: International Chat Support.
Domain: US Tech & Retail.
Shift: Rotational shifts.
Transport: Both-side cab facility / TA as applicable.

Salary & Benefits
