Sales \& Business Development

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions.
• Drive promotional activities and seasonal sales campaigns.
• Ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Team Management

• Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff.
• Allocate duties and manage staff schedules.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.

Customer Service

• Ensure a premium shopping experience for all customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Inventory \& Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Ensure proper stock display and replenishment.
• Prevent stock loss and maintain inventory accuracy.

Visual Merchandising

• Ensure attractive and organized product displays.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and ambiance.
• Implement company guidelines for product presentation.

Operations \& Administration

• Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily closing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain reports on sales, attendance, and stock.
