Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily sales floor operations, lead a team, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in organised jewellery retail and a good understanding of customer preferences and jewellery collections popular in the Kerala market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales floor and supervise a team of 8–10 staff.
• Drive the team towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor customer interactions and improve sales conversions.
• Train, mentor and guide staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotional activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and efficient floor operations.
• Understand customer preferences and identify fast-moving jewellery collections.
• Track individual and team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.

Requirements

• Degree is mandatory.
• 4–5 years of experience in jewellery retail.
• Experience with Kalyan, Bhima, Malabar, or other organised jewellery retailers is preferred.
• Strong understanding of jewellery products and collections that perform well in the Kerala market.
• Good leadership, customer-handling and team-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
