ANM Nurse

• Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of qualified nursing staff.
• Monitor and record vital signs as assigned.
• Assist doctors and nurses during patient examinations and procedures.
• Prepare patients for consultations and investigations.
• Assist with wound care, dressing, and basic nursing procedures within the permitted scope of practice.
• Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
• Follow infection-control, hand-hygiene, and biomedical-waste management protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Report any changes in a patient's condition promptly to the responsible nurse or doctor.
• Prepare the USG room and arrange the necessary equipment and supplies.
• Guide patients regarding preparation for the procedure as instructed.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate appointments.

Pay

₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
