Senior Operations Manager

Q Care Medical Centre is a dynamic and growing healthcare facility committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Operations Manager with a strong background in healthcare leadership to spearhead our day-to-day operations and actively drive overall business growth in close alignment with Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across OPD, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Imaging services to ensure seamless patient flow and high service quality.
• Business Growth \& Revenue: Actively identify business opportunities, monitor revenue metrics, optimize cost management, and implement strategies to increase patient volume and clinic growth.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage statutory licenses, renewals, and ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulatory standards.
• Process \& Quality Improvement: Implement SOPs, track KPIs, conduct regular operational audits, and refine workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Team Leadership \& Supervision: Manage staffing, rostering, staff training, performance reviews, and cross-departmental coordination.
• Procurement \& Inventory: Oversee vendor relations, inventory control, and medical equipment procurement to maintain cost efficiency.
• Financial \& MIS Reporting: Manage billing processes, track key operational metrics, and prepare regular MIS reports for Management.
• Patient Experience \& Marketing: Support patient engagement, outreach programs, and marketing initiatives to build clinic reputation and patient trust.

Educational Qualification \& Requirements

• MBA / Master’s / PG Diploma in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Science, or related fields with exceptional operational experience will also be considered.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on, progressive experience in healthcare or medical centre operations.
• Demonstrated track record in driving business growth and operational expansion in a medical facility.
• Exposure or experience in medical centre setup and NABH accreditation process is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional execution capability, regulatory awareness, and vendor management skills.
