CDP South Indian and Chinese

o Manage and run the South Indian and Chinese kitchen section (including traditional Kerala, or regional vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes).

o Prepare curries, breakfast items, meals, regional specialties (such as fish curries and roast preparations), and maintain recipe consistency.

o Supervise, train, and guide Commis chefs and kitchen helpers.

o Prepare authentic Chinese and Pan-Asian dishes including stir-fries, noodles, soups, and dim sum using wok and steam techniques.

o Monitor portion control, food cost, inventory, and waste management.

o Ensure high standards of kitchen hygiene and food presentation.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
