Customer Relationship Officer

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer enquiries and support our travel sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand customers’ travel requirements and coordinate with the sales team to provide suitable options.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending customer responses.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update enquiry status.
• Assist customers with booking information and coordinate with internal teams.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Collect customer feedback and support repeat bookings and referrals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or customer relationship management preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
