- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Confidence and a positive attitude while speaking with prospective students over the phone.
- Interest in sales, tele calling, student counseling, and career guidance.
- Responsible to call prospective students who enquire about our courses through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other lead-generation channels.
- Explain course details, curriculum, training methods, fees, batch schedules, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads through phone calls and WhatsApp to encourage admission decisions.
- Address basic queries, handle objections, and build confidence among prospective students and parents.
- Schedule counseling sessions, office visits, and student meetings when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and admissions in the company's CRM or tracking system.
