Confidence and a positive attitude while speaking with prospective students over the phone.
Interest in sales, tele calling, student counseling, and career guidance.
Responsible to call prospective students who enquire about our courses through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other lead-generation channels.
Explain course details, curriculum, training methods, fees, batch schedules, and career opportunities.
Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
Follow up regularly with interested leads through phone calls and WhatsApp to encourage admission decisions.
Address basic queries, handle objections, and build confidence among prospective students and parents.
Schedule counseling sessions, office visits, and student meetings when required.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and admissions in the company's CRM or tracking system.
